I am so not fond of exercising at all. Not even a little bit. But weeks ago I decided to try and make a habit of doing some exercises 5 times a week for physical fitness. Well it’s mostly because I want the future me thank me for taking good care of my body right now.
So this page is all about my journey of trying to make a habit of exercising. Let’s see how it goes, who knows maybe I’ll become a champ at this.
